(AST) is seeking a Office Manager to support our Department of
Energy (DOE) customer in Idaho Falls, Idaho! Duties &
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the administrative
operations of an office or organizational unit. Oversee
administrative staff (if applicable). Manage office budgets and
supplies. Supervise maintenance and equipment. Develop and
implement office procedures. Ensure efficient workflow. Manage
records and information systems. Serve as primary point of contact
for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
May also assist with HR-related administrative tasks, travel
coordination, and special projects. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum of two (2) years
of relevant experience; additional experience can be considered in
lieu of a degree. Demonstrated knowledge of office management
principles, practices, and procedures including budget monitoring,
procurement, and vendor management. Strong abilities in
organization, planning, and problem-solving, with the capacity to
manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Other
Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required.
