Responsibilities

• Research audience preferences and discover current trends
• Create engaging text, image and video content
• Create, post, and promote Blogs on products or activities of interest to our customers
• Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new products
• Follow online presence of our brands, leveraging their content and ensuring our alignment
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google My Business, and any new ones that develop)
• Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
• Respond or coordinate a response for any comments or queries made through social media accounts
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
• Develop an optimal posting schedule (social and email), considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Oversee social media accounts' layout
• Maintain new and fresh photos for website home page slide show
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
• Promote and align store ambassadors with our marketing strategySkills
  • Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
  • Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Excellent communication skills
