We are collecting applications for upcoming HVAC Journeyman roles, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, cross-trained service company that values excellence and teamwork. Responsibilities Service, maintain, and install residential and commercial heating and cooling systems Troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment as needed Perform seasonal tune-ups and system diagnostics Communicate maintenance recommendations and system performance insights to customers Complete all service documentation accurately and efficiently Qualifications Journeyman HVAC License (required) Solid understanding of HVAC systems and components EPA certification preferred but not required Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) and ServiceTitan experience are pluses What We Offer Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Paid time off after 90 days Opportunities for professional growth and cross-training across trades Supportive, team-oriented work culture
