Job DescriptionProduct Manager – Credit Cards and LendingNav is

experienced Product Managers who are interested in the intersection
of development, data science, and user experience. Individuals
whose competitive understanding of the small business landscape can
facilitate the creation of successful new features and services.
You will own a product roadmap and scale our new B2B product
initiatives. Tackling exciting opportunities to own the marketplace
funnel (lending and credit card revenue) growth by optimizing the
customer journey from sign up to conversion.Current tech stack
utilized by PM team: Atlassian Suite (Confluence and Jira), SQL,
Heap, Tealium, Tableau, Salesforce, Trello, Lucid Suite WHAT WE
EMPOWER YOU WITH Managing product roadmaps from inception through
implementation; collecting requirements, establishing key
performance metrics, crafting the user experience, and driving
execution.Using good judgment to make appropriate trade-offs when
scoping and specifying solutions, ensuring that anything we build
adds value to the business and continues to delight our
users.Articulating and evangelizing product concepts to various
stakeholders: engineering, marketing, sales, leadership, design,
legal, finance, clients, and customer service teams.Effectively
synthesizing disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to
quickly make data-driven decisions.Working with business leaders to
help shape business cases, including return-on-investment analyses
for new product initiatives.Rapidly iterating and evolving the
product to meet the needs of our hyper-growth. While creating
extensible and scalable solutions, and simultaneously looking
around corners for future user needs and issues. WHAT YOU BRING TO
THE TABLEBreadth and depth of organizing and facilitating cross
functional teams for product completion. Proactively looking around
corners and managing change. Leveraging a toolbox of interpersonal
skills to communicate and influence.A successful history of
analyzing and interpreting data, adjusting strategies accordingly
to drive solutions that resulted in revenue growth.Strong
proficiency of the latest technical standards and best practices in
site usability and iterative product development. An avid interest
in where Product Management is developing as career and business
lever.Fluency with data analysis and A/B Testing.A proven track
record of prioritizing work appropriately to ensure alignment with
success metrics and effectively communicate prioritization to
stakeholders. You are able to determine when progress is not being
made and suggest alternative approaches.Experience in successfully
maneuvering and growing in a matrixed company. WHO YOU AREYou have
a passion for financial products/services and improving people's
financial health.You validate all acceptance criteria before
production deployment.You are relentless about performing
retrospection with the scrum teams and strive to continuously
improve efficiency.You are comfortable managing relationships,
delivering feedback and coaching up, down and to the side.
Leveraging the ability to generously listen and be radically
empathetic.You proactively keep stakeholders up to date by
providing transparency of progress via communication and demos.You
work to gain clarity when direction is unclearYou take calculated
risks by providing risk metrics, conducting POCs.You proactively
