and Qualifications As a Wound Care RN Coordinator you will provide
leadership through the collaboration of the Director through
planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the
care provided for patients. We work hard to support the patients
and families in our community while supporting each other. We are
looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we
do. In this role:
- You will provide delivery of patient care based on criteria
that is age appropriate and is based on the physical, psychosocial,
cultural, safety and learning needs of the individual
patients.
- You will responsible for fiscal, human resource, and
operational functions.
- You will perform delegated duties consistent with the scope of
practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of
care.
- You will responsible for day-to-day operations such as:
processing payroll, managing department expenses, participating on
hospital committees, processing employee evaluations, managing
personnel issues.
- You will assist nursing staff and families as a liaison between
physicians and other disciplines within and outside of the hospital
promoting continuity and collaboration regarding skin and wound
care.
- You will identify and effectively assists in implementation of
strategic plans. - What qualifications you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of
employment start date
- Registered Nurse
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Current or recent past related clinical work experience The
