Primary Function:The Website Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to create a strong ROI for Arcane Marketing clients. ROI for clients is the primary responsibility of the Website Project Manager.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Support Sales Efforts in Quoting Projects
    • Onboard Website Project Clients
    • Assigning project tasks to the development team
    • Oversee project workflow, update tasks, and maintain staging environments
    • Provide support to the SEO team for any website development needsMinimum Qualifications:
      • 2+ Years experience managing website projects
      • Experience training and managing web developers/designers
      • Expert with WordPress/Woocommerce and Elementor design/development
      • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
      • Experience building sites for digital marketing purposes
      • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
      • Experience setting up design/dev environments and launching websitesAdditional Skills:
        • Google Certifications
        • Familiarity with project management programs such as Monday.com
        • Design experience with Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)

          • The Website Project Manager will work closely with the Account Managers in reviewing the status and progress of the campaigns on a frequent basis.
          • Typically the position of a Website Project Manager is a salary-based position. The quarterly or annual bonus may be provided based on client performance on the 4Rs:
            • Client Retention (client loyalty)
            • Client Return on Investment (client revenue growth)
            • Client Revenue (client spend with Arcane)
            • Client Relationship (client happiness/NPS score)Desired (but not required) Qualifications/Education/Experience:
              • 3+ years in the Digital Marketing World - PPC, Social, SEO
              • Experience in Building Successful Digital Marketing StrategyAdditional Helpful Skills:We are looking for people that are disciplined to stay on task, proactive to seek out new information, seeking innovation to stay on top of the market, and always stay ahead of the game in their field. The job can require evening work, working weekends, and occasional extended shifts.Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee can be required to use stairs, lift items above shoulder height, and frequent physical movement and physical dexterity is required.
