QualificationsAs the Nurse Manager of the Medical Oncology Unit you
will effectively supervise nursing personnel to ensure optimal
delivery of quality care within established standards and targets
responsible -for -planning, administering, -and -evaluating -the
-operations -of the unit. You will be accountable for -the
standards -and -scope -of -nursing -practice. -You must have
excellent critical thinking skills to problem solve issues. Our
team works together and supports each and cares like family. We are
looking for someone who has a passion for providing quality patient
care and has the ability to lead, coach and mentor staff of all
