TNCC, NIH, ABLS all welcome.Hiring profile Must have: Advanced skills needed: Vent management, ABG interpretation, vasoactive drip titration, hemodynamic monitoring Procedures performed on unit: Intubations, central line placement, bronchs, bedside trach and peg tube placement. Certifications Required: RN LICENSE, ACLS, BLSDress Code: (Required uniform) Navy blue scrubsAny additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: 29 bed general ICU in a level 2 trauma center. Heart program with about 200 cases per year. CRRT, Impella, IABP, ECMO. Burn center opened April 2019. Average years of experience in ICU staff is 12.
