Work Schedule:- Full-Time Days 6:30-15:00 Monday-Friday plus Call

Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab:-

Work Schedule:- Full-Time Days 6:30-15:00 Monday-Friday plus Call

*Call Requirement: Cath lab position-will be on call every 3rd - 4th weekend and some through the week

Responsibilities:

-

*Responsible for all testing and therapeutics that takes place in the Cath Lab.--

-

*This includes all associated paperwork, all equipment management and preventive maintenance, and all quality assurance.--

-

*Assesses patients for safety, comfort, and physiological and psychological needs during the procedure.--

-

*Follows Registered Nurse state practice guidelines and hospital policies and procedures.

-

*Position has frequent interaction with the different departments within Cardiology; the Physician, Cardiology staff, and Nursing staff.- Therefore the person must have maturity, and sensitivity, also the ability to take direction in stressful situation while remaining calm.

Qualifications

• 
  
• Current RN License with the State of Idaho in good standing.
  
• Previous clinical cardiology/critical care experience strongly preferred.
  
• American
  Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS)
  and Certification- ACLS strongly preferred.
