We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsAs RN Clinical Supervisor for the Behavioral Health Center at EIRMC you will be leading a team that has a passion for creating positive patient interactions and a dedication to caring for the multi-faceted wellness of those we serve. In this role:
  • You will be accountable for clinical, operational, and nursing management oversight for Behavioral Services.
  • You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all phases of nursing care provided in Behavioral Health.
  • You will collaborate with Directors to assure safe and adequate day-to-day staffing, establish staffing patterns for each unit/program, adjust staffing according to both budgeted staffing plans and patient acuity levels, and review/monitor labor productivity.
  • You will assess and evaluate the competence and performance of nursing personnel and provide coaching and education as needed.
  • You will work to ensure clinical program quality and efficiency for each unit and staff's compliance with established state, federal, hospital, and company regulations and standards.
  • You will participate in the interviewing, hiring, counseling, and education of staff and implement measures to improve and enhance staff recruitment and retention.
  • You will participate in marketing efforts of the Behavioral Health Center by participating in speaking engagements, community service projects, health fairs, and other marketing projects as directed. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
    • Current State of Idaho Registered Nurse license.
    • Minimum 3 years of Behavioral Health nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
    • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
    • Certification in Non Violent Physical Crisis Intervention within 90 days of hire.
    • Current Driver's License.
