This is a hybrid position; Saturday and Sunday's are supervisor shifts, and weekday shifts will be med tech/caregiver shifts. Schedule is flexible. You will oversee operations at the community and monitor resident health routines. Some of your duties will include overseeing health care administration and staff management, as well as to make sure staff members are following health care guidelines.Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, lead and mentor CNAs and Caregivers
  • Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care
  • Assist residents with medication administrationQualifications
    • Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living is preferred
    • Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years is preferred
    • Current MA or CNA highly preferred.
