Job Description:
UROLOGY Full-time Urology Practice (Idaho Falls, Idaho area)
This position offers an opportunity to join an established urology
practice in Blackfoot, ID. The practice sees approximately 25 to 30
patients per clinic day, and the departing urologist performs
between 30 to 35 surgeries monthly. A DaVinci Xi surgical system is
available for use. The compensation structure, combining a base
salary plus productivity bonuses at current volumes, makes this an
extremely attractive financial opportunity. Base Salary: $575,000
Incentive Productivity Bonus available of $75 per wRVU for
everything over 8200 wRVUs $40,000 practice commencement and moving
bonus $5,000 per year for CME Up to $5,000 per year in bonuses for
quality metrics. 5 days of CME time per year 4 weeks of PTO
Reimbursement for licenses, fees, boards etc. Great
