working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Pocatello,
Idaho, 83201! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

year License: RN License Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Must-Have: - Epic charting experience - Experience managing cardiac
and vasoactive drips without titration - Skills in blood product
administration and central line care/management - Ability to
interpret dysrhythmias Description: The position is for a 24-bed
Progressive Care/Stepdown/Telemetry floor. Typical staffing ratio
is 1:3 or 1:4. This facility is a comprehensive stroke center and
Level II Trauma facility. It provides complex care for PCI and
open-heart surgery patients. Travel experience is not required.
Experience with charting in Epic is mandatory. This role involves
managing patients in a high-acuity setting. Candidates must be
prepared to work night shifts, including weekends. The ability to
work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team is essential.
Candidates should have a solid foundation in non-invasive airway
management. Isolation precautions and rapid response team protocols
