Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Orthopedic Location: Pocatello, ID Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,390 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Orthopedic Medical Surgical Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Orthopedics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Epic charting experience Description: Orthopedic nurse will provide specialized care to patients with musculoskeletal issues. This includes those recovering from orthopedic surgeries or injuries. Nurses will manage chronic conditions. Education will be provided to patients and families on care and prevention. Patient ratios are 1:5. The unit consists of 10 rooms/beds. Interdisciplinary support is available, including Physical Therapy and Rapid Response Teams. Specialized skills required include management of orthopedic trauma and total joint replacement. Experience with patient care procedures such as IV management and colostomy care is essential.
