Bering Global Solutions a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native
Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Senior Team
Lead/Supervisor for a position in Idaho Falls, ID. The team lead as
a supervisor is responsible for the overall day to day operations
of the IT Support Group.-- The lead will also manage the personnel
that supports DOE-ID COMS and the DOE-ID Information Management
Division (IMD). The team lead will need to be versatile and have a
wide range of IT skills especially server operations to support the
organization. The lead will be required to work as a lead project
manager and help desk support expert over daily duties in support
of the DOE-ID office user base. The lead will be responsible for
keeping IMD informed via metrics and status on all IT operational
tasks and issues.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIESThe Essential Duties and Responsibilities are

Analyze complex process and provide technical expertise in
resolving Provide guidance and direction to support staff with
complex Coordinate with DOE-ID to establish and define programs,
resources, projects, solutions, and related risks. Assign and
coordinate necessary resources to address problem Develop standard
operating policies and procedures for all computer operations that
identify and mitigate risk or address regulatory requirements.
Coordinate resolution of highly complex problems and Implement
records retention periods for data storage Change Management and
incident response Ensure program follows related federal
regulations and DOEQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE,
