Supervises and assists Activities Desk Agents at the Colter Bay
Village Marina in providing information regarding GTNP and
activities available through the Grand Teton Lodge Company.
Supervises and assists in selling tickets for activities, and
performs record-keeping tasks and administrative departmental
duties. Works with various activity department heads coordinating
scheduled activities, special events and posts changes for the
special events. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $18.75/hr

Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Responsible for training
and educating Activities Agents in computer usage, ticketing, and
all necessary job skills including accounting procedures, company
policies and clerking techniques Ensuring the Vail Resorts and
Grand Teton Lodge Company Brand Standards are being followed in
daily operations. Anticipate problems and take appropriate action.
Must handle guest objections and challenges. Enforce policies and
procedures as directed by Assistant General Manager and General
Manager. Ensuring all proper acknowledgment forms are completed by
all guests attending activities, added correctly to guest
reservations and payment is taken accordingly. Define policies,
coordinate training and troubleshoot problem areas associated with
activities portion of V1 Activities Scheduler. Perform Activities
Agent duties as required Knowledge of frequently asked questions;
Grand Teton Lodge Company activities, National Park Service
activities at JLL & CBV, hiking trails, things for kids to do,
activities in Jackson and Teton Village, motels in Jackson, good
restaurants, white water trips, babysitting, church services,
Yellowstone weather, highways, menus, airport and bus schedules,
and Grand Teton Lodge Company rates. Work with Osprey retail system
to assist and support the marina store, inventory, ordering and
assisting with organization of stockroom and store Assist manager
with scheduling and payroll as needed. Coordinate and maintain
positive relationships with all employees responsible for the
execution of all activities sold to ensure guests are given proper
information. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Previous
experience supervising a small group of people Ability to operate
POS System and Microsoft Applications Strong verbal English Strong
people skills Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Grand Teton National
