Job Description:

Under the direction of the HR Director administers and coordinates the human resources practices and policies that provide an employee-oriented, customer focused culture. Facilitating a high-quality candidate experience, ensures appropriate staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring associates. This position will administer employee relations and benefit programs. The incumbent will serve as an integral part of the Human Resources Team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer the selection/staffing process and ensure that hiring and promotional activities are in compliance with Company policy and legal requirements and ensures alignment with employment branding initatives. Facilitates a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Act as a culture champion through positive employee relations initiatives and recognition programs. Plans and executes employee events relevant to benefits, wellness, recognition, and community involvement.
  • Provide coaching and direction to leaders to support development, business decision-making, HR management, problem solving, performance management, and ensure consistent application of company policies.
  • Ensure compliance state and federal laws. Administers and tracks FMLA processes.
  • Provides full cycle HR support to employees and ensures data integrity within the HRIS and all employee systems.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred
      • Ability to work independently and cooperativelyEducation/Experience:
        • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field. A comparable combination of course work, applicable certifications, and/or work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

          • Regularly required to stand
          • Frequently required to walk
          • Frequently use hands to finger, handle or feel
          • Frequently reach with hands and arms
          • Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
          • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
          • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
          • Requires composure and ability to prioritize and handle many urgent tasks and requests simultaneously with a high level of competence and accuracy
