If so, we might have just the opportunity you're looking for!Our Infrastructure Assurance & Analysis (IAA) division is hiring a non-traditional Program Manager. This position has 5 primary components, including Cybersecurity assessment & education tool development, Data collection/analysis/reporting, program management, technical advancement leadership, and business development.INL currently has a portfolio of Assessment Tools, which help organizations and individuals defend themselves against cyber attacks. These incidents have led to the bankrupting of companies, financial and personal upheaval in the lives of individuals, and the loss of national assets.Each one of the tools in the portfolio has a component of cybersecurity assessment, education, and assisting leaders in the decision process of cybersecurity resource allocation. The candidate will ensure strategy and planning for each component and tool in the program portfolio.Come lend your expertise to our mission!Responsibilities Include:* Developing capability in assessment software tools, business development, and cultivating relationships with government and industry standards bodies.* Provide thought leadership into current, near, and long-term strategy and vision for the program.* Lead all aspects of strategy of the Assessment Tools Program's portfolio.* Work closely with internal and external partners to identify cybersecurity needs and organize, lead, or support assessment tool development initiatives.* Cultivate appropriate international relationships to identify potential collaboration or project support opportunities.* Identify standards and industry best practice initiatives for inclusion into the CSET platform, data collection, and other assessment tool initiatives.* Execute current SOW and design future projects, plans and contracts.* Take a lead role in diversifying and growing IT related programs to include using capabilities for existing customers.Minimum Requirements:* Bachelor's & 11 years, Masters & 9 years, or PhD & 7 years of experience.* Preferred academic degrees include computer science, software engineering, degrees with emphasis in cybersecurity or related fields.* Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE "Q" Top Secret clearance and special accesses.Job Information* Salary Grade: 240INL Overview:INL is a science-based, applied engineering national laboratory dedicated to supporting the U.S. Department of Energy's mission in nuclear energy research, science, and national defense.
