Job Description:

Counselor Stewards of Recovery is looking for a Counselor to join our team. We need someone who is passionate about generating creative ideas to help clients maintain stable environments and transition into the community. Position would be up to full time hours. Scheduling options are negotiable. Between 30-38 hours per week. Will be paid per hour for billable services Expectations: Provide individual and group therapy Provide Skills Training and Development classes Work with and give input to the Director to create procedures for staff and schedules for clients Ability to make changes and can adapting to new procedures to make them more efficient Experience developing and executing individualized treatment plans Provide weekly input and recommendations to CBRS/Case Management workers to help promote clients progress in achieving their treatment goals Excellent written and verbal communication skills with staff and clients Professionally build rapport and trust with clients Creative and efficient problem solver Ability to develop and use preventative interventions to avoid crisis situations Good interviewing skills with the ability to use different techniques Ability to work with a diverse clientele Good computer and technical skills Self-motivated and ability to work independently Must maintain accurate client documentation with in the time frame established Telehealth option considered Qualifications: Must be licensed in the State of Idaho or in a masters program for counseling. Currently licensed in the state of Idaho with one of the following: LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LMSW. LMFT Must be able to pass an enhanced state background check Experience with electronic health records enforced by HIPPA lawsSubstance Abuse, Mental Health, Counselor, social worker, LMSW, LCSW,by Jobble
