Idaho National Laboratory's (INL) Critical Safety Engineering group is seeking forward-thinking, professionals interested in exploring a technical career as an INL Criticality Safety Program Professional!

The Criticality Safety Program Professional is responsible for the INL Criticality Control Area (CCA) Program. Responsibilities include:

* Maintaining and improving CCA Program documents in Manual 18 * Leading the eCRIT electronic form system and the annual CCA assessments to assure it is scheduled, performed, and documented per Laboratory requirements, and ensure CSOs are trained and qualified. * Delivering maintaining, improving criticality safety training courses, modules (INL198) and qualifications * Maintaining the department software quality assurance program to meet Laboratory requirements, which includes developing, maintaining and scheduling SQA documents and activities. * Maintaining performance management activities for the department.

Minimum Requirements:

* Level 3 - BS degree plus 5 years meaningful experience OR 13 years experience/education in lieu of a bachelor's degree. * Level 4 - BS degree plus 8 years' meaningful experience OR 16 years experience/education in lieu of a bachelor's degree. * Experience may consist of but not limited to: Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program or NRC Reactor Operator's license. * US Citizen. * Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE L clearance. * Ability to obtain Criticality Safety Specialist qualification (QNCRITSP).
