Job Description:
Position Summary: Performs a wide variety of administrative
duties and tasks for all departments as directed by the local
department management. Primary Duties include service writing and
service admin responsibilities, location reception duties and other
administrative duties Service Department Duties
- Open, make changes, and invoice Service Department Work Repair
Orders while assisting in communication to customers of invoice
totals
- Open and manage service department purchase orders, including
Accounts Payable entries and documentation requirements
- Maintain technician timesheets, and assist in data entry for
tracking technician time daily
- Work within the company business system to help communicate
work performed effectively on work orders
- Payroll bi-weekly administration Other Duties
- Take incoming calls branch calls
- Greets and directs customers coming into the branch
- Assists parts and sales departments as needed
- Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and
vehicles are in good working order and vehicle registrations are
current
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer
needs
- Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise
displays
- Assists in keeping the front lobby area clean and orderly
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or associate degree
- Two (2)+ years of administrative or equivalent experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Basic data entry/keyboarding skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to Multi-task
