The asphalt laborer is an key member of the paving team as we work to build better communities.Here are some of the things you will do:

• Rake and shovel asphalt.
• Help equipment operators facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of the machines, equipment and materials.
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Dump windrows from belly and double belly trucks
• Measure, mark, and record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performedWe want our asphalt laborers to grow with us and we are excited to give you opportunities to grow your skill level and try new things!Additionally we are looking for:

  • Ability to learn

  • Ability to stand for long periods, work in the heat, bend, lift and other physical activities
