Our Recruiting & Sales Internship is a PAID, 10-week program over the course of the summer, offering hands-on experience in staffing to learn about recruiting & sales while delivering meaningful experiences. Our internship program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience by gaining practical business-to-business sales and recruiting knowledge. You will gain insight into a career in staffing by working with our team of Directors, Recruiters & Account Managers and spending structured time within different disciplines at Oxford. You will also complete a project that addresses our business structure alongside your peers and with the support of leadership.
