Position Summary:Performs a wide variety of administrative duties
and tasks for all departments as directed by the local department
management. Primary Duties include service writing and service
admin responsibilities, location reception duties and other
administrative duties Service Department DutiesOpen, make changes,
and invoice Service Department Work Repair Orders while assisting
in communication to customers of invoice totalsOpen and manage
service department purchase orders, including Accounts Payable
entries and documentation requirementsMaintain technician
timesheets, and assist in data entry for tracking technician time
dailyWork within the company business system to help communicate
work performed effectively on work ordersPayroll bi-weekly
administrationOther DutiesTake incoming calls branch callsGreets
and directs customers coming into the branch Assists parts and
sales departments as needed Assists in maintaining all departmental
tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order and
vehicle registrations are currentPromotes and sells products and/or
services to meet customer needsAssists with preparing and
maintaining merchandise displaysAssists in keeping the front lobby
area clean and orderly
Requirements:
Qualifications:High School diploma or associate degreeTwo (2)+
years of administrative or equivalent experienceKnowledge, Skills,
and Abilities:Excellent Customer Service skillsBasic data
entry/keyboarding skillsAbility to work in a team
environmentAbility to Multi-taskMotivated and
