Idaho National Laboratory's (INL) Engineering group is seeking a Project Coordinator forward-thinking professional.

Our team works a remote 9x80 schedule every other Friday off!

Responsibilities Include:

With the evolution of Gateway for Accelerated Innovation in Nuclear (GAIN), the program is responsible for engaging with new to nuclear audiences. As such, several projects are underway that require coordination across multiple fronts, planning local events, and project specific communications.

This position will need to be able to lead the project team in the following three areas:

Ensure project activities have a steady rhythm and connectivity across the various partners including: national lab programs, DOE staff, outside contractors, utilities, external research groups, NGOs and community leaders.Organization of project specific external engagements including virtual webinars, in person conferences, media inquiries, research requests, and state/regional/local meetings.Develop project specific updates tailored for multiple audiences in a variety of platforms and media.Specifically, this position will need to coordinate activities across INL as needed by project demands.

The ideal candidate has a passion for working with the public, listening to their needs, and matching the national lab capabilities to those needs. This role requires flexibility, ability to take creative approaches to solve conflicts, and an impeccable attention to detail and work ethic. It is necessary to be able to travel to support project specific meetings.

Qualifications -Minimum Requirements:

PR0300 - Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experiencePR0400 - Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience
