Job Description
Creating a robust, diverse, early career talent pipeline is critical to Experian's success in a hyper competitive Fintech marketspace. - The Early Career Talent Acquisition Intern will review and enhance our Early Career talent attraction strategy and our #uniquelyexperian summer internship program.
Key responsibilities include:
Identify opportunities to increase diversity of our candidate pipeline

Partner with Employer Branding team to create an engaging presence to attract and engage with early career talent

Build a roadmap of our student life cycle - Initial touchpoint through onboarding
Evaluate current student experience through meeting with hiring managers and current interns
Research opportunities to increase student engagement both virtually and in person
Provide recommendations on ways to enhance the intern experience
Currently enrolled in a minimum of a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or related discipline
Strong interests in developing a career in human resource/talent acquisition/recruiting

Detailed oriented

Demonstrated project management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with HR business partners and business leaders
Strong presentation & communication skills
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) is a plus
