Work with the best local companies and get your foot in the door to start a new career Summary of Duties: This Quality Control Technician position is in Sycamore, IL. You will be responsible for sample retention / retesting samples as necessary. reordering materials as needed. understanding all SOP's for proper testing and other lab protocols. Calibration and documentation of lab equipment. Setup daily paperwork, daily temperature logs, weight test and various QC checks. Assist and perform GMP audit, glass and hard plastic and third-party audits. Identify potential food safety issues and determine the appropriate corrective action to prevent product shipment.
