Description:Our client is the retail leader in their segment of the food manufacturing industry. With continued growth, they are need of three (3) Packaging Supervisors to lead the efforts on both shifts of their packaging department. This is considered an entry-level management role that may lead to future promotion. Excellent cost of living area with world-class outdoor activities.Responsibilities.As a Packaging Supervisor, you will lead, mentor and train up to 40 associates on your givenshift. This will include safe operation of equipment, material changeovers, raw product usage documentation, etc. Packaging efficiency is critical to the company s ability to deliver to their customer so this role is vital to that success.Requirements:BS degree in an applicable field preferred or at least 2+ years in manufacturing environments. Food manufacturing will be highly preferred. Must have proficiency in complex problem-solving, instructive communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple process lines. Strong mechanical aptitude a plus.Compensation:Market-level salary with excellent health benefits. Relocation allowance will be provided.
