They will use their knowledge and critical thinking to communicate with caregivers, physicians, clinical supervisors, and healthcare team members appropriately about changes in patient's condition and updates to the plan of care. This nurse will see patients of all ages and each stage of life, from post-NICU patients to hospice patients.
