We support our customers by providing a consultative sales experience around how to protect, manage and grow their small business in this new digital era. You will spend the majority of your time engaging with small businesses discussing their current operations, learning about their aspirations and discovering opportunities to streamline their current workflows to help them solve with Intuit's SaaS cloud offerings including Financial Management, Payroll and Payments solutions.

SBSEG Inside Sales is a multi-channel organization focused building customer confidence by providing Small Business expertise in every interaction. Our Digital Sales Consultants are expected to understand how Small Businesses work, know the Intuit ecosystem of products, and tailor solutions to specific customer needs uncovered in the sales conversation. Across all of our channels and workgroups, Inside Sales is responsible for acquiring new users and growing our existing customers' usage of the Intuit ecosystem of products.

    What you'll bring

    • 1+ years SaaS sales experience or 2+ years sales experience
    • Pipeline management experienced in organizing future activities to move prospects through the sales cycle
    • Strong computer skills demonstrating effective resource navigation and tool utilization
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in a professional manner
    • Typing proficiency
    • POS sales and Payments/Credit Card sales experience and success a plus
    • Proven track record of experience meeting or exceeding quota in a highly consultative pipeline oriented sales environment
    • Possesses negotiation skills to profitably direct and manage the customer relationship

      • Be available to consult with small business prospects contacting QuickBooks
      • Gain a thorough understanding of the customer's small business operations, needs, challenges and goals
      • Recommend the right solutions based on need across the QB ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition
      • Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach
      • Champion the Intuit Brand of being Real, Smart, Honest, Committed and Spirited
      • Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics
